These terms are the agreement between you and Meo Labs, Inc. when you download, install or use the Meo browser and its related services. We’ve kept them as short and plain as we can. By using Meo you agree to them, so please read them once.
01
Meo is a macOS browser that lets you keep separate browser profiles, each with its own cookies, storage, fingerprint settings and proxy. You may use it for personal or business work, as long as you follow these terms and the law where you live.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if that is higher, to use Meo.
02
Some features, such as sync and team workspaces, need a Meo account. You are responsible for:
keeping your sign-in details private and secure;
everything that happens under your account, including actions by teammates you invite;
telling us quickly at security@meo.app if you think someone else has access.
03
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Solo, Studio and Fleet) are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
If you’re not happy within the first 14 days of your first paid period, write to us and we’ll refund it in full. Prices may change, but we’ll tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you.
04
Meo exists to keep your own accounts tidy and separate. You agree not to use it to:
break the law, or the terms of the websites you visit;
commit fraud, impersonate real people or create fake reviews;
send spam, spread malware or attack other systems;
resell, copy or reverse-engineer Meo, except where the law allows it.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and we’ll explain why when we can.
05
Your browsing data, profile settings and notes belong to you. We only process them to run the features you use, such as syncing profiles between your Macs or sharing them with your team. We never sell your data and never use it to train models.
06
Profile data is encrypted on your Mac and, if you turn on sync, end to end in our cloud. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how to delete it. It forms part of these terms.
07
Meo opens websites and proxies run by other people. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or rules. Whether a site allows multiple accounts is between you and that site.
08
We work hard to keep Meo fast and reliable, but we provide it “as is”, without promises that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
09
You can stop using Meo and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. When an account is closed, we delete its synced data within 30 days, and you can export it before then.
10
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll let you know in the app or by email at least 30 days before. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
